Let me introduce you to a powerful online design tool! Learn how to create high-quality graphics for your work, business, personal brand or hobbies! Before Canva launched I used InDesign and Illustrator (and old-school Publisher). Even with graphic design training and experience, those programs felt too complicated for some of the simple things I wanted to create. I grew tired of PowerPoint early in 2010 and started searching then for alternatives to their templates and SmartArt diagrams

I started using Canva as an early adopter and had the opportunity to test many of the features in development that are now standard in the Free version. For the past four years, Canva PRO has been my go-to software for all of my Picture it Possible design needs.

Canva Creator 101

During the webinar, we will explore the essential features. I'll also show you some of my "personal hacks" to simplify design projects and help you save a bunch of time! If you can click and drag you can use this software!

You will learn how to:

• Navigate the dashboard and organize folders.
• Customize colors for your brand.
• Remove photo backgrounds.
• Create a social media post.
• Edit a presentation template.
• Apply basic text and image effects.
• Use the basic video features to design a short promotional reel.

In this small group workshop (limited to 10 participants), we will review the basic plan and the core Pro plan features. To get the most from this webinar we recommend that you set up your Canva account in advance.
